Assessed current operating model, processes, technologies leveraged, ways of operating, KPI’s and Governance model and designed and implemented their future state operating model, structured processes to abridge gaps on delivering best in class processes resulting in $55M+ financial impact Led a Multiyear client onboarding transformation for a major financial organization across desks including, Consolidation & Centralization of 19 onboarding teams, Re-Engineering AML Process with overall Target Operating model leading to overall ~19M $ of business impact year on year Rationalized “Risk Controls and Oversight” COSO controls process at the overall Enterprise level for one of the major banks. Rationalized the controls by leading workshops on control effectiveness resulting in addition and replacement of certain internal controls, structuring the process effectively that led to bottom line impact of ~ 8M of bottom-line impact year on year Redesigned and decoupled the overall client Negotiation process and leveraged workflows to rationalize cost and reduce overall Turnaround time for the Negotiation cycle Transformed the operating model from a regionally managed to a centrally managed model aligned with both Client and Flood operations functions.
