   Jane Reisman is the founder and former president of ORS Impact (formerly known as Organizational Research Services).ORS Impact is a consulting firm that helps foundation, non-profits, businesses and government agencies clarify, measure, and align around their social impact outcomes, stay accountable to success, and learn along the way. We do this by creating theories of change, developing strategic plans, conducting complex and multi-stakeholder evaluations, and creating measurement, learning and evaluation (or \'MLE\') systems. By making social change measurable, we help clients make meaningful social change possible. I founded ORS Impact in 1989-originally under the business name of Organizational Research Services, or ORS for short, and continue to serve as President and senior consultant on teams.
