ABOUT JANENNE ALLEN

I have always had a passion for technology and its ability to disrupt the world as we know it. My goal in my career and life is simple: discover and develop solutions to real-world problems that will evoke change for the better. Not everyone sees the creativity that lies in the technology industry, but that is my sweet spot. I discovered I enjoyed selling my fresh and creative ideas to grow the security channel. While selling security is dramatically different from selling infrastructure products, the concept is the same. How do we discover a problem and then go create and position our unique solution to help end-users solve their needs?I have had the responsibility for creating go-to-market strategies and enablement offerings for a portfolio of Security vendors. Known for delivering thorough presentations, metric-driven business plans, and meticulous follow-up. I am passionate about serving all two customers: resellers and end-users.LinkedIn is my space to connect with customers, partners, and coworkers. Since the tech industry can be a tough place, I find sharing celebratory news just as important as sharing industry news.About 7 years ago, while networking within my city, I noticed Wheat Ridge, CO had solvable shortcomings when it came to how citizens and the businesses community were being underserved. Out of that newfound awareness, I became involved with an organization called LocalWorks and invested time to help create events and programs benefiting my neighbors and local businesses. A year later, I became a Board Member and most recently sit on the Executive Committee as Treasurer. In addition, I coach girls for Rocky Mountain Storm Lacrosse.When I am not challenging mediocrity, you can find me laughing (very loudly) with friends/family, hiking, camping, coaching, volunteering, and traveling. My most favorite pastime is going on road trips with my husband & daughter.
