Head of Learning and Development @Safeagent

I am the Head of Learning & Development at safeagent, the UK’s leading accreditation scheme for lettings and management agents in the Private Rented Sector. I have significant experience as a Learning & Development consultant and qualified teacher, and over 20 years experience in education, training, eLearning, blended learning and webinar technologies. I develop online training and qualifications for our agents and partners using my skills in MOODLE, Storyline, Camtasia, iSpring, VideoScribe and H5P. I\'m proud to have recently led safeagent to Ofqual recognition as an awarding body and achieved regulation for our England letting agent courses at Level 2 & Level 3. I have also secured and manage our approved centre status with both NCFE and ABBE and achieved NCFE accreditation for our Foundation Lettings Courses for Wales and Scotland. Our accredited courses have been successfully delivered to nearly professionals, with those operating in Wales and Scotland using them to become registered with Rent Smart Wales and the Scottish Letting Agent Register. I hold the following professional memberships: British Computer Society, Society for Education & Training, Institute of Leadership & Management, Chartered Management Institute and Associate Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. I also hold full Qualified Teacher Learning & Skills (QTLS) status.
