About Janelle Fernandez
Janelle Fernandez was born and raised in Miami and is passionately enthusiastic about the culture of the Magic City and all of South Florida!Janelle’s entrepreneurial heart finally lead the way in 2017, when she decided to leave her 15-year career in higher education to pursue her passion for real estate. A strong believer that one must “go big or go home,” Janelle dove into real estate full-time from day one and hasn’t stopped since. In just seven years, she has closed nearly 300 transactions, negotiated over 5 million dollars in savings for her clients, and assisted buyers and sellers from 11 countries and 14 states. Janelle holds an MBA degree with a specialization in Marketing. She is an active member of her community and dedicates hundreds of hours to public service annually. She also serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for KidSide Miami- a non-profit organization that focuses on helping children in high-conflict court cases receive critical protection, advocacy, and counseling.When she’s not selling houses, Janelle enjoys traveling, trying out new restaurants, and going to music festivals around the world.
