Janelle Maur is the Development and Donor Relations Lead at Ruling Our eXperiences (ROX), the nation\'s leading organization in research, education, and programming for girls. Previously, she served as Director of Advancement at Bridgeway, a Columbus-based nonprofit Academy and Therapy Center serving children and young adults with autism and developmental disabilities. Janelle has nearly 15 years of experience working with nonprofit organizations in the areas of fundraising, organizational communications, public relations, event planning, and development operations. Previously, Janelle served as Philanthropy Coordinator at COSI, increasing operational efficiencies within the Development department and working closely with community board advocates to promote science education and engagement in central Ohio.Before joining COSI, Janelle worked with the Westerville Symphony, a community orchestra, as Executive Director, and at Jazz Arts Group supporting their administrative efforts and community engagement programs. She holds BA in Music Business with a special focus in Arts Administration from Otterbein University.
