I bring 30 years of experience in the construction industry with a strong focus on the mechanical trades. During my career I have held a variety of positions including Project Manager, Document Control Manager, Business Development, Project Engineer and Estimator. My experience includes both private and federally funded projects; commercial, medical, educational and hospitality projects including several LEED projects throughout the greater Puget Sound region.My current role with AWS is manager of Construction Cost Control and Compliance for Data Center Construction where I lead a global team of talented Quantity Surveyors, Cost Managers and Program Managers. Previous responsibilities include global management of Construction Estimating team, Lead Controls Business Analyst and Sr Controls Coordinator for the BMS and EPMS execution team.
