Janelle is responsible for identifying and capturing premium Resort guests both internally and externally, with a slot bias. Janelle is also responsible for maintaining a high level of floor introductions on a daily basis by greeting guests on the Casino/Hotel floor and further guest relationships and encourage player sign-up through the Player Development Program. Other Responsibilities are developing relationships through prospect calls, email and direct mail to become clients liaison for the Resort.
