As a HR Business Partner, I support CPCS with its human resources needs and challenges. CPCS is a global management consulting firm that solves tough infrastructure problems related to transport, power and public-private partnerships, with offices across Canada, UK, Africa and the U.S. I leverage my communication degree from the University of Ottawa and my bilingual skills in French and English to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, facilitate employee engagement, and foster a positive work culture. I also apply my interviewing, and teamwork skills to recruit, retain, and develop talent, as well as to coordinate and implement HR policies and programs.
