I am a 15+ year Human Resources professional, and what I do best is build the infrastructure that enables people to grow and succeed as professionals. I am passionate about human ambition and the desire to be better, to feel valued, and to be a contributor to something greater than ourselves. That is why I chose to be in Human Resources. I want to help people discover their hidden talents and clear pathways so that they can grow and achieve. As a Human Resources professional, I know my role is not just to institute a workplace environment that encourages performance excellence - I am also a Business Partner.
