My main responsibilities were to contact clients, which were my leads, so that I could get into contact with each of my clients in order to be able to schedule an appointment with each client and his/her spouse/significant other or have the clients refuse the appointment and then, resolve each of their accounts as \"refused the appointment\". • In the case that a client wanted to hear about the \"No-Cost Benefits\" that American Income offered to over Unions/Associations/Groups, which will be referred to as U/A/G moving forward, specifically one of these \"No-Cost Benefits\" included was an AD & D policy, which was negotiated through each clients particular U/A/G and then, offered to each member, per the negotiations through our PR team, the AD & D amounts would vary by each individual U/A/G, per what was agreed upon between each U/A/G and American Income’s PR Team. • Two of these three “No-Cost Benefits” could only be received by each individual U/A/G member after we met with each member on Zoom, which allowed us to review all three benefits with each individual U/A/G member, but each U/A/G member did not have to meet with anyone from American Income in order to be able to receive their AD & D policy given in conjunction with each individual member’s U/A/G and American Income and this was also paid out by American Income, as well. • Then, additionally, to increase our personal \"leads\", we were also expected and highly encouraged to allow each U/A/G member the ability extended all three “No-Cost Benefits” to anyone each U/A/G member wanted to, thus, in turn, each individual U/A/G member would refer to us the people in each of his/her lives and this could be a spouse, family member, friend, and et cetera, which would lead to more leads in our lead pack. • As a Sales Association (i.e, a producer), there was also the opportunity to receive a bonus if a certain threshold of ALP was reached.• I needed to keep accurate records and/or “dailies” each day.
