I thrive in an environment where people matter, results are important, and challenges are a daily occurrence. Assisting people and business to be their best is my mission. I have been fortunate to have hands on work experience in numerous functions in multiple geographies while moving laterally and upward in my corporate career. Today I am enjoying my own entrepreneurial experience as President of Highpoint Expertise LLC, leveraging my broad spectrum of career experiences. I serve as an advisor in the retail, wholesale and manufacturing channels. I have 15 years of experience serving on public boards, including Audit and Compensation Committees. Fifteen plus years serving on multiple industry boards including executive and special committee chairs. My career experience in operations and finance as well as retail, combined with a leadership style focused on inclusion and collaboration have been key to success in my Board work. I am a grounded, customer focused, results oriented, senior Leader with a demonstrated track record of driving results through strategic, innovative and collaborative problem solving. I consider myself a well-respected executive with leadership roles and experience in corporate and operating positions in retail, supply chain, logistics, procurement, finance and merchandising. I have experience in successfully leading change; leveraging both human and business systems.
