The Human Resources Generalist I assists with the daily operations of the HR Department by supporting the development, implementation, and execution of department initiatives, policies, procedures, and systems. The Human Resources Coordinator will also take an active role in our Midstream services payroll process. Primary job responsibilities include-Manage time card tracking and payroll processing, including transportation payroll administration involving a multifaceted process and multiple systems for bi-weekly payroll cycles -Utilize Applicant Tracking System to recruit for open positions and run necessary pre-employment checks -Coordinate new hire orientation for local and remote employees, including onboarding coordination and offer letter execution -Coordinate benefits enrollment processing and monthly administration and maintenance of benefit enrollment files and payroll deductions -File and Manage Workers\' Compensation claims
