For over 15 years, I\'ve been hands-on in the cannabis world, deep in agronomy, cultivation, and wholesale distribution. It\'s been an incredible journey watching this industry evolve so quickly! Now, in my role with The Higher Circle, I get to really make a difference for brands. We help them out with all their packaging and vape hardware needs, which often means slashing their cost of goods and sparking some cool new innovations.I\'ve always been about getting things done — whether it\'s optimizing operations, boosting profits, or leading high-performing teams. I love digging into the technical side, but I also really enjoy connecting the dots strategically. And honestly, I\'m passionate about finding ways to integrate sustainable practices and coming up with fresh, innovative solutions. I guess you could say I thrive on helping organizations grow, especially in industries that are always on the move and super competitive.
