Hi, I’m Jane—and for years, I thought hustling my way into burnout was just an inevitable part of the corporate grind. I sprinted through tech, advertising, and entertainment with a to-do list in hand, which produced “rockstar” results… until it didn’t.I’m not a doctor or a scientist. I’m a former high-growth startup leader, a yoga instructor, and I’m someone who has learned about burnout the hard way—by living it. Now, I’m committed to helping people, leaders, and teams get out of it. As a corporate wellness leader + trainer, burnout prevention + recovery speaker, yoga + meditation teacher, my work in this space combines my real-world company leadership, team enablement, and teaching experience; all informed by extensive nervous system and behavioral science research. My Burnout Hacking™ method is strategically designed for high performers who are seeking new tools and systems for sustainable success (including the “2-Minute Stress Reset” that I shared on the global TEDx stage).
