Key Responsibilities: Currently responsible for the management and daily operations of 10 robust products, some which include:* Identity Access Management (IAM)- SSO, MFA * Enterprise Reporting Application * User Access Management Application * Prepaid Gift Cards * Surcharging * Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) Manage, track, and report product performance throughout its life cycle including product strategy, planning, and issue prioritization Host bi-weekly trainings and demos for clients and internal stakeholders Creates client-facing marketing material for our Sales, Communication, Product, and Relationship Management teams Collaborates with our Information Security and IT teams to reform IAM file and SSO Reviews contracts and agreements to ensure our documents are within compliance standards and ready for legal review Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reviews with internal stakeholders to improve client experience and update internal processes Key Projects & Achievements: In 2022, managed commercialization of an intuitive enterprise-level reporting user interface, along with creation of Single Sign-On tile Successfully migrated unique merchant users to our new enterprise reporting user-interface Continuous training of over 600 internal stakeholders on new access management and reporting tools, along with daily monitoring and controlling of application access for internal applications Administered an internal survey to understand KPI failures, and worked with cross-functional teams to build new ticket reporting procedure to decrease client escalations and SLA wait times Generated a merchant-facing communication that was emailed to clients, then maintained the bounce-back report and tracked delivery status 2023 Commercializations & Projects:* API Report Delivery * Data-as-a-Service (DaaS)* Surcharging * Enhanced Reporting Bundle * Gift Card Program Restructuring
