I currently support the General Manager and several AVPs at HTC and hold concurrent responsibilities for assisting with client and vendor relations, meeting preparation, travel coordination, and event planning.What has perhaps been my most impactful contribution involves efficiently managing the calendars / itineraries of the extended management team (General Manager, AVPs, and Executive Directors) including expense management and reporting. Included in my ever-expanding scope of responsibilities are the production of performance reports across all departments and compilation of data and materials for our Executives Board meetings presentations. I have also been selected by management to serve as a coach and mentor to the extended administrative support staff due to comprehensive knowledge of internal processes and standard operating procedures.
