With over 20 years of experience in education, communication, project management, and customer success, I am passionate about collaborating with global partners to transform every classroom into an active, social, and experiential learning community. As a Senior Success Manager at Yellowdig, I incorporate my expertise in social learning, course design, and edtech to ensure a positive and results-oriented experience for our clients and users. I have a Master\'s degree in Applied Communication with a certificate in Training, and I have taught various communication courses over the span of twenty years.
