This is the role description for my new role. I will update this once I have been in for my first 100 days. I manage all software testing across the organisation, ensuring the quality and reliability of systems and solutions. This includes managing testing for internally developed systems, offshore development, SaaS tools, third-party solutions, and system integrations. I am developing a Test Strategy and Delivery Framework to integrate manual and automated testing to reduce test windows while maintaining quality standards. My role is key in driving the adoption and implementation of automated testing across applications and services.I am working closely with internal development teams, offshore partners, and third-party vendors to ensure consistent testing standards and successful delivery of high-quality solutions.
