I am responsible for delivering the Institutions technical operational plan and supporting the development of the technical strategy for the Institution. I am responsible for managing the Technical departments volunteers (200+) and resources, including managing a team of 5 staff to ensure the Institution is able to deliver comprehensive and rigorous technical information/guidance for its members. I coordinate and run 17 Technical Committees, Panels and 7 Study Groups, to address topical issues and produce guidance, technical conferences/workshops and lectures for members of the Institution and the wider built environment.
