I provide online and in-person Nutritional Therapy, 1:1 using your health history along with evidence-based nutritional science where genetics, environment, your childhood and lifestyle choices which may impact your overall wellbeing and affect your tolerance to foods (food intolerances are mostly transient while we work on the gut) all play a part in identifying the causes of your symptoms.The key focus is maintaining your body in balance through diet and lifestyle. Food choices can make a huge difference to the way you look, feel and think. Even small changes can have profound effects, I apply Functional Medicine principles to assess your health, looking at you as the whole person and not just your symptoms or diagnosis. I’m looking to find the root causes. We’re all biochemically different and it is my job to find out how YOUR individual circumstances are affecting YOUR health. Where needed, I work closely with a pharmacist on possible drug interactions with supplements and nutrition.For 1:1 clients I offer:• 3-month Gut Assessment or 6-month Gut Healing Programme which are deep (and deeper) dives into your own gut health issues involving testing and discovering solutions.Online I offer:• Masterclass: 3 Steps to Control Your Gut (And Still Eat Your Favourite Food), which explains HOW, WHEN & WHAT to eat. • 4 Week Gut Health Reset, a short, practical self-study course to help you work out what to eat. • 14 Day Gut-Friendly Meal Plan providing 50+ simple recipes.• Various free resources to support your journey to better gut health.
