As a Vistage Florida Chair, I guide a group of CEOs and business owners to elevate their leadership excellence, share expertise, and challenge one another to think critically in a confidential setting of trust and collaboration. Vistage, the world’s largest executive coaching organization, is a membership-based organization that offers executive coaching and peer-advisory group meetings to help business leaders grow their companies and become better leaders. The organization was founded in 1957 and has more than members worldwide. A 2017 study of Dun & Bradstreet data found that Vistage member companies grew 2.2 times faster than average small and midsize U.S. businesses. And, in 2020, Vistage CEO members grew their annual revenue on average by 4.6%, while nonmembers with comparable businesses saw revenue decrease by 4.7%.This success is attributed to a combination of peer advisory, executive coaching, and training and enrichment opportunities provided by Vistage
