Accountable for ensuring John Lewis Financial Services is compliant with all regulatory and legal requirements for all financial services (FS) Products (insurance, Partnership credit card, business accounts, interest-free loans, payment plan, foreign exchange, money transfer, ATMs and any new JLFS products). Accountable for managing the compliance framework and monitoring of the FS regulatory compliance policies, procedures and effective controls in place across the department, with third party providers, and in our Shops.
