   Assist with the rollout of the internal SharePoint for document sharing. Responsible for the creation, cataloging, and maintenance of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). Support all functional departments throughout the organization including but not limited to Operations, Client Services, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering. Work with department leaders to identify gaps in existing documentation. Collaborate on updating and publishing new documents as needed. Train employees on document control procedures and ensure that all employees are following established processes. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities including product knowledge and logistics. Develop and maintain templates and guidelines for creating/updating documentation to ensure consistency. Help compile training documents as needed for new and existing employees of the organization. Create and maintain a library (local or cloud) of documentation resources for internal use.Help in Client Services entering sales orders and communicating with customers.Help in Purchasing entering purchase orders and processing/receiving shipments.
