My practice includes registering offering plans and no-action letter applications with the NYS Attorney General for New York and out-of-state condominium, cooperative, HOA and fractional projects. I analyze and negotiate complex transactional and loan documents for condominiums, hotel-condo, timeshare/fractionals, property owners associations and cooperatives; advise and represent buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of commercial and residential real estate; represent coop and condo boards of directors; and represent investors and lenders involved in workouts of distressed properties.
