About Jane Pera

A little bit about myself:~I was born and raised by the beach in Santa Cruz, California.~After a degree in Psychology, I was an Au Pair in Italy and solo traveled Europe for 6 months (eating fantastic food and learning important Italian phrases such as \"pesto pasta, sì sì\").~My first “career” job after being a barista for years was on the Facebook University Recruiting team. I learned so much from the people there in a super busy internship season and got a taste of the recruiting process at a large scale.~Verve Coffee is where I got to deep dive into CPG recruiting - it’s a small brand that was just starting to branch out into RTD beverages. I helped build out the RTD team and hired across all departments (retail and HQ).~Now, as a recruiter for an executive recruiting firm, Newman Search Group, I get to lead searches for some of my favorite CPG brands.~I like ocean swimming, making my own vegan cheese, and building elaborate cat trees for my cats, Bob and Steve.
