About Jane Neal
As Senior Vice President, I lead Safety, Environmental, and Raw Material Sourcing at AMG Vanadium. AMG Vanadium is the premier recycler of spent refinery catalyst, a listed hazardous waste, recovering vanadium, nickel and molybdenum for the steel industry. AMG is a Title V and RCRA permitted facility, also holding an NPDES (stormwater) permit and a variance from the Definition of Solid Waste. Management of environmental compliance is challenging in this environment, but the company has established facilities and practices aimed at stewardship. We understand our commitment to eliminate the environmental liability of the oil refineries that we serve.My roles as Director of Research and Development at Weirton Steel and Plant Quality Manager and Plant Manager at Roll Coater were opportunities to develop my skills in commercial development, technical management, operations management and senior leadership. During my tenure on the AMG team, I have been able to utilize these skills and gain expertise in other areas, including environmental management.
