ABOUT JANE MOFFETT
I‘m fascinated by working with people where the professional and personal intersect, and bring compassion, focus and challenge to my coaching and facilitation. A researcher at heart, I love finding out about a topic, and I integrate my solid grounding in evidence-based practice with my skills of coaching, facilitating, researching and writing. My book ‘What Next? The savvy woman’s guide to redefining retirement’ brings together research on life after work, ageing, and the challenges of this particular life stage, with stories of women’s experiences. This is set against the historical, sociological, and psychological backdrop of being a woman at this particular time of life and this particular time in history. Committed to supporting people to be their best at work, and out of work, I am also a regular contributor to the BACP journal \'Workplace\' where my focus is on how people can have better conversations at work, and how managers and colleagues can increase their awareness about what other employees might need at work. I hold a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching and an Msc in Coaching and Behaviour Change from Henley Business School, and am a trained Action Learning Coach with the World Institute of Action Learning. Specialities: Executive and performance coaching, behavioural change, leadership, facilitation, research, programme design, coach assessing.
