Whether they are internal employees, long-time clients, or external partners - connecting with and serving others has always been at the heart of my professional career.Prior to Free People, I developed my professional foundation in both HR + Talent Development as a Manager for a world-renowned Internship Program and as a Full Life-Cycle Recruiter. In addition to my responsibilities managing 180+ personnel and recruiting on college campuses across the United States, I gained invaluable experience in payroll and benefits administration, employee metric reporting and analysis, as well as compensation benchmarking and strategy development. I shaped the candidate + employee lifecycle from sourcing talent, implementing authentic & sincere recruitment strategies, and crafting meaningful relationships with candidates from applicant to alumni status.In my current role, I have the privilege of styling Free People\'s shoe assortment as an Assistant Stylist with the e-commerce styling team headquartered in Philadelphia, PA.In my career, I am deeply passionate about fostering growth opportunities for those around me & the organizations I serve.
