As an experienced employment lawyer, I am at home advising employers and senior employees. I have advised clients in many different sectors and walks of life but specialise in advising clients in the financial, technology, insurance and professional services. I am an expert on cross-over employment and regulatory issues and employment litigation including discrimination, We acted for E Daniels in his successful High Court litigation against Lloyds Banking Group. I gave evidence to the Women and Equalities Select Committee on NDAs in discrimination cases and was extensively quoted in their report.I advise CEOs and boards on employment issues drawing upon my extensive management and business experience, having served on Fox Williams\' Partnership Board/Management Committee for over 20 years.
