Reduced plans footprint from 64 to 13 with attention to firm’s essential services, critical points of failure, re-strategizing from site/region centric to sub-LOB function based plans.• Manage Securities Services Technology, Merchant Services & Commercial Card, Payments Technology sub-LOB plans. Closed out Simulation AAR concern on Message Throttling following SWIFT outage simulation by partnering with production management teams to update playbooks and test the handling of backlogged messages, eliminating potential risks with reopening message queues after a prolonged outage.• Lead European Central Bank (ECB) JPMCSE legal entity regulatory remediation for CIB technology plans by uplifting Business Impact Analysis, Recovery Time Objective (RTO), Maximum Tolerable Downtime (MTD) justifications and Recovery Strategies to address ECB operational risk findings.
