As a Global Account Manager for multi-national accounts at American Airlines, I manage airline retailing partnerships representing $340M+ in annual revenue, and drive the partnership strategy and performance analysis to improve outcomes. Previous role in this industry was managing key corporate accounts in the Southeast US that included verticals in the financial, pharmaceutical, health sciences and university industries. This included Truist Bank, NCR, ICON, Syneos Health, labcorp, PRA Healthsciences, bioMerieux, SAS Institute, Lendlease, Compass Group, Duke University and University of North Carolina. I continued to promote modern technology with NDC retailing to our customers, where we offer a more personalized travel experience and enhance our competitive edge.
