ABOUT JANE KINGHORN

I\'m an experienced executive coach and trainer specialising in achieving inspirational leadership through clear and compelling communication and individual presence. I worked as a BBC reporter and producer and for more than ten years as a Television editor and senior leader in the corporation, responsible for one of the country’s most successful news programmes, which won recognition from the Royal Television Society. For the last six years I\'ve worked in the BBC Training Academy specialising in leadership and personal development.Other projects include :Provided coaching and group facilitation on the leadership programme for the top 600 leaders of a global communications organisation to help lead them through a large-scale cultural transformation. One-to-one executive coaching for senior leaders across the public and private sectors including telecoms, consulting, defence and financial services.Designed and delivered a communications master class for a global FTSE 100 engineering firm.Designed and delivered effective communication workshops for 60+ leaders in the world’s leading transport operator.Developed and delivered commercial leadership training for the BBC in Europe Asia and Africa.Worked with an executive board within financial services to build storytelling and presentation skills
