Having developed a fairly unique role starting as a graduate in I have worked in various clients delivering solutions to our clients within the Retirement space. I really developed a passion for lead teams and driving change and now have 2 main leadership roles.\\\\n\\\\nCo-Leading the Pensions Actuarial Services (PAS) team, which is our team of developing talent within the UK and India gives me a great sense of pride and purpose. It’s genuinely my passion to ensure our colleagues develop in their own career whilst delivering high quality solutions to our clients. I have also set up and lead the Project Consultancy team within Retirement.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
