Since 2005, as D-EMD, and appointed at EMD in 2014, I have activated and run the town\'s Emergency Operations Center (EOC) for four events (floods of May 2006 and October 2007, ice storm of 2008 and tropical storm Irene in September of 2011). In 2007, I organized and facilitated a Table Top Exercise with all town department heads. In the EMD position at the Andover EOC I have analyzed situational data and coordinated the town wide response, developed strategies and objectives, conducted EOC Staff Briefings with all department heads, coordinated with the Incident Command Post, prepared situational reports for the NH Homeland Security Emergency Management and operated WebEOC.
