ABOUT JANE HARLEY
Responsible for delegated operations at Lloyd\'s including approvals and ongoing oversight of Lloyd’s delegated third parties. This role has seen me develop my skill set in people (permanent & contractors) and stakeholder management, technical delegated authorities knowledge, operational oversight and project delivery. Working on a daily basis with teams across Lloyd’s and the market to oversee and protect the Lloyd’s market whilst also identifying opportunities to adapt to change to meet changing requirements. I have excellent exposure of the Lloyd’s market which in turn has developed my understanding of Lloyd\'s Corporation and the Lloyd\'s market. I also co-chair the Gender Inclusion Network (GIN) and Diversity & Inclusion is a key focus for myself in this industry. I want to lead in making a noticeable change in our industry where we can attract & retain a diverse pool of talent.
