ABOUT JANE HANNON

I am the UK Head of Employment at DLA Piper. I have over 20 years’ experience specialising in advising employers on all areas of employment law, with a particular focus on employers in the technology and hospitality sectors and employers with an international presence. My practice covers all areas of employment law, including recruitment issues, contracts of employment, senior executive issues, drafting and enforcing post-employment restrictive covenants, DEI, managing absence and poor performance, managing change programmes and redundancies, whistleblowing, employment litigation, outsourcing and the employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions. Particular expertise on class actions and dealing with worker status and pay issues.I provide advice to multi-country employers, particularly those without a local HR presence, on all aspects of employment law alongside colleagues in DLA Piper\'s global offices.I provide in-house training to clients and regularly speak at public seminars on employment law
