Senior HR Business Partner and Head of HR with deep generalist experience across people strategy, employee relations, organisational change and culture. I’m known for high emotional intelligence, strong judgement, and a calm, pragmatic approach to complex people issues.I partner closely with senior leaders across the UK, Europe and global environments, supporting them through restructuring, TUPE, growth, and change.
