I\'m an experienced Accountancy & Finance Recruitment Specialist and People Manager who thrives on working in partnership with people. For my clients, I deliver robust people solutions to resource challenges and for my candidates, I provide support in developing their career and finding their ideal role. I\'m delighted to lead our Aberdeen and Glasgow Finance recruitment teams and engage with my long-standing network across Scotland for both interim and permanent positions.My role is a mixture of relationship management, recruitment project delivery, team leadership and providing client advisory services. I focus on senior and Qualified Appointments, alongside my amazing teams. Together with my colleague Lynsey Campbell in Dundee, we operationally lead the Cooper Parry Finance Recruitment team in Scotland.Cooper Parry Finance Recruitment (formerly Hutcheon Mearns Ltd) is a unique recruitment business, offering permanent and interim recruitment solutions across Scotland, led by Qualified Accountants with deep recruitment expertise. I\'m a qualified Accountant. but recruitment and talent management are much more my thing! I have a demonstrated track record of establishing, growing and managing successful businesses. I enjoy developing new business as well as nurturing existing relationships, and am always up for a chat!
