My role is responsible for designing and delivering an integrated internal communications strategy that fosters employee engagement, aligns colleagues with the organisation’s vision and values, and drives a culture of inclusivity and collaboration. This senior leadership role ensures the organisation’s communication efforts empower, inform, and inspire colleagues while promoting transparency, trust, and two-way dialogue- Implemented Peakon colleague engagement survey, engagement of line managers and colleagues in the roll-out, analysing results and galvanising leadership teams around action based on the feedback- Leading on delivery of key colleague engagement activities across the year, such as Summer Social, regular Quarterly Business Updates, STAR awards recognition programme- Strategy and People Change project planning, including coordinating resource, budgets and delivery- Leading a team of communications professionals to deliver regular colleague internal communications to keep them updated on our strategy and purpose and key employee lifecycle moments that drive employee engagement
