About Jane Edwards Magnuson

As a certified executive coach and founder of Edwards Magnuson, I am on a mission to help my clients in the legal sector improve their performance, effectiveness, and relationships. I do that by helping my clients clarify what they want, where they want to go, what they want to do and, in some cases, who they want to be. In my coaching engagement, I combine my coaching framework with empathy, trust and design thinking to guide my clients to get the results they want. Prior to coaching, I spent over a decade working in law firms and corporations. Throughout my career, I have been a trusted advisor for leading executives, directors and professionals. I have solid experience in leadership development, strategic planning, and motivating high-performing teams. I worked my way up the corporate ladder, starting at a prestigious law firm on Wall Street, serving on the strategic leadership team of an international insurance company, and leading the risk management team of a large technology company.
