ABOUT JANE CORBETT
I’m an international leadership development consultant, educator, facilitator, speaker and coach. I work with people and organisations to achieve their full potential to lead, innovate and implement change, on global sustainability challenges and regenerative futures. We face many inter connected challenges, but I believe we have huge collective potential to create a better future for society and our planet, if we re-imagine the future and create roadmaps for strategic action. I created the Generative Leadership practice in Cambridge: UK. I design and deliver leadership and innovation programmes, often in collaboration with international and UK organisations. I work with businesses, financial sector institutions, non governmental organisations and in higher education. I really enjoy co-facilitation. This includes systems thinking, future thinking, identifying pathways to systems transformation and personal and collaborative leadership practices. Embedded in this are Theory U practices for deep innovation in organisational ecosystems. I’m senior consultant with Mobius Executive Leadership and have been an Associate of Future Considerations. For the Authentic Leadership in Action Institute (ALIA) I was a part of the first European core team. As part of my coaching practice I’m a licensed HeartMath one to one and group trainer, contributing to health, wellbeing and resilience initiatives. I’ve worked at the Department for Continuing Education in the University of Oxford since 1997 on a part time basis. They have always been very open to new ideas and ways of facilitating deep learning and development. I design and teach programmes on leading change and innovation on climate and nature and the many economic and social issues that need to be addressed. This has included customised programmes for senior international delegations from China, USA, Japan, Brazil, Nigeria and Kazakhstan and next generation leadership programmes with universities in China and Japan. It’s great to be working now at the Cambridge Conservation Initiative, with its commitment to collaboration across six university departments and eleven non governmental organisations to scale up the collective impact on nature, climate and social justice. Key to this is capacity building for conservation leaders, cross sectoral partnerships and working with science and social science insights to support decision making. At the Cambridge Judge Business School I managed the Research Excellence Framework 2021 andI also managed External Relations for the EMBA Programme.
