I am Lean 6 Sigma yellow belt qualified.In my role I am responsible for taking the lead in projects within Colleague Services reporting into the Service Delivery Manager. I am a subject matter expert which is key to the role ensuring projects are delivered in line with how both business and HR Services operate and are structured. I work with the Colleague Services Operations Manager on transferring these projects successfully in to the operation.I have an expert working knowledge in Retail, Logistics, Bank and Store Support Centres. I am currently working on a number of projects across all divisions within the business.In my role I am involved with end to end UAT capturing requirements, executing system test plans, document failures and working the technical teams to correct failures, re-test bug fixes and help understand impact of issues that cannot be resolved.In various projects I am actively involved in developing requirements with the project team, working with the continuous improvement team, HR Services teams and Business teams, to design and re-design processes and Oracle functionality so that the combination of process & technology produced the best result possible for both the business and HR Services.
