About Jane Cho

With over nine years at Applied Medical, my journey from Content Developer to Senior Manager has been driven by a passion for effective and engaging education. Our team\'s focus on any type of content development including online course, video tutorials, webinars, and job aids. I have worked closely on highly clinical topics, product trainings, soft skills and leadership training, being involved from planning, development, implementation and delivery. I leveraged my expertise in research to develop and organize our learning contents and analyzed the needs and the effectiveness of trainings to improve our learning process to our global teams in the organization. As a leader, I am committed to fostering an environment where innovative educational resources can thrive, aligning with Applied Medical\'s mission of brining meaningful and positive difference. Fluent in English and Korean, I bring a diverse perspective to our educational strategies, ensuring that our content resonates on a global scale.
