ABOUT JANE BURBANK
I have extensive experience and training in psychodynamic talk therapy in addition to mind/body techniques including EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and guided mindfulness. I work with each individual and couple by using a multimodal and whole body approach to address the unique feelings and experiences that emerge in treatment for each person. I have found that integrating these skills provides an effective whole-person approach to healing emotional pain.I believe that each person has their own very specific point of view and understanding of themselves and their life. My goal is to understand each person\'s unique experience as empathically as I can in order to develop the kind of understanding and connection that will promote the best possible treatment relationship and outcome.
