Hi. I\'m Jane. When it comes right down to it, I have one goal: to be helpful. With this in mind, I uncover customer insights, engage social media and develop brand strategies. I believe empathy is key to any relationship, and there is always a relationship to be understood and respected. I think gaining a better understanding of consumers is imperative in today’s marketplace, and will transform global business. We live in a world of automation, big data and predictive algorithms. These are amazing tools, which, when wielded wisely, can elevate all of us. However, when diving deep into data, it is easy to forget the numbers represent people. I empathize with consumers and strive to understand their emotional needs and motivations are. Once these are understood, brands can create unique and different ways to meet their needs, thereby ensuring their own growth and success. It\'s one big puzzle that I love to piece together.
