Jane is a dynamic arts and management professional supporting leaders to nurture healthy and inclusive working cultures. As an experienced Speaker, Leadership Coach and Trainer her passion is to empower leaders and their people to maximise creativity, collaboration and well-being for all. Jane has a long history honing her leadership philosophy across the performing arts and Higher Education in the UK, Europe and Canada. She brings a strong understanding of systems inspired leadership to her practice. With a background in international performance as a classical musician, she understands the need for rigour, courage and persistence to move incrementally towards fulfilment of both vision and potential - individually and organisationally.
