I officially started Instructional Support Services in April 1983.(The company existed since late in 1981 but it took a while to get the paperwork together.) My \"duties\" included setting up the company and making decisions about inventory and marketing, but my primary responsibilities have always been speaking and writing, work that has taken me around the world and put me in contact with thousands and thousands of wonderful people. My 19th book was released in August 2015 and there will be more to come!
