Working at System, Place & Neighbourhood level across Integrated Care Systems to improve outcomes for individuals living in that system. My career path has been diverse but with a continuous golden thread of wanting to make things better for people! I started with a background in providing Legal advice & representation as a defence solicitor to vulnerable children & Adults and then progressed into Public Sector where I had the privilege of working in Local Government Adult Social Care. My time in Local Government taught me the power of human kindness, the benefit of being citizen led, the importance of listening to and walking in the shoes of frontline hero’s & the complexity of citizens flowing through our health and social care system! I joined IQVIA in 2023 and I am proud to still work every day with Integrated Care Systems and continue my own mission of making a difference in the space of health inequalities, Integration & closing the gap between Industry & ICSs.
