I am still a member of the Museum Service Council. Responsibilities have included reaching out to visitors to answer questions, provide information about the facility as well as events and exhibitions. I have escorted patrons to various locations in the museum, sold memberships, and did surveys of visitors on site. I have welcomed members attending special events, and solved on site problems to make the visiting experience a positive one for all guests. Council members do a variety of tasks, and are the face of the museum, acting as ambassadors for LACMA to make sure all visitors have a rich and joyous experience!
